Hi, my name is Estela and I'm a Hypno-Coach working in Ottawa. I am a certified Ottawa Hypnotherapist, Life Regression Practitioner (QHHT), and Life Coach. I also hold Reiki certifications I and II.
I help diverse clients with a wide range of challenges and goals, with a particular emphasis on helping people transition into new stages in their lives, help them overcome their fears, anxieties, self-doubt, depression, and have them emerge from therapy ready to tap into their limitless potential.
I also helps people improve their wellbeing through QHHT
(Quantum Healing Hypnosis Technique).
Simply understanding why a disease is present or why a particular emotion is being experienced is sufficient for it to be relieved and removed by the subconscious.
My story
I was born in Mexico and have spent most of my life in Ottawa, Canada. I hold a Bachelor's and Master's degree (both from Montreal universities: Concordia and UofM) and worked at the Mexican Embassy before I began to experience a transition in my life which eventually led me into hypno-coaching,
I am a certified Quantum Healing Hypnosis Technique (QHHT) practitioner and often use it with my clients to help them distance themselves from limiting thoughts, addictions, self-sabotage or diseases.
I have five beautiful children, am fluent in five languages (English, French, Russian, Spanish and Hebrew) and have spent many years traveling around the world. My professional and personal experience allows me to work with people from all walks of life and corners of the globe.

What I do
I became involved with the Silva Mind Control Method in 2009. As a
group facilitator, I led meditations using this method, and to my
surprise - participants began to see themselves in other (past) lives. We just
acknowledged the facts without being able to use the information. I
had been practicing hypnotherapy for many years until I got acquainted with the work of Dolores Cannon, and found her work fascinating and very promising.
Though making suggestions to the subconscious mind has been proven to be extremely beneficial, oftentimes the subconscious mind can immensely benefit the client as they enter past lives.
Thanks to this and other methods, all of my Ottawa hypnosis & coaching clients have become more at peace with themselves, more able to rely on their own instincts, and more excited to encounter the rest of their lives.
